The property is stunning and Brad is the absolute best! We shot an interview in the library and it looked fantastic. There is a train nearby but it wasn’t a problem for sound. Brad was extremely communicative and made our shoot a breeze! Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience shooting a music video on this property! Lynne was so kind and helpful along with many other awesome residents there. She set up our base camps exactly how we needed before our arrival and had the ATV ready to go, and was available throughout the day if we had any questions. The crew bathroom was clean and the hand washing station was great to have for COVID safety.
I definitely recommend adding the ATV rental on for easy transport throughout the property.
Our footage turned out absolutely beautiful and we will definitely be booking again with Lynne soon, already planning some future videos around using this amazing outdoor space!
