Sara was very on the ball with communicating, despite being in a different timezone! The place was very picturesque (but bring your own Windex if you want to use the mirrors)! ISSUE: The heat was broken and we were notified a couple days prior to shooting, so I couldn't pull out on the booking with 3 other parties already being promised pay. It was very uncomfortable without heat and the models were shivering. If the heat isn't avail in the winter, I wouldn't book unless you're shooting winter wear. Brought 2 space heaters and it did nothing to help heat the space. I think a reduced rate could have been offered for the discomfort, but again I was offered a full refund! I just chose not to take it due to promising other people pay. Overall, I would book again IF heat was working! :)
