We have had an amazing time shooting at this location! The staff and management is friendly, helpful, and always made us feel at home and treated us like family. Richard was a responsive and helpful host. The space itself is well represented by the photos, and was perfect for the two documentary interviews we did there. Parking was simple, with a lot on the same block, ample 4-hour street parking, and the freight elevator makes load-in easy. If you’re looking for a silent studio, this won’t provide you with that. It’s a loft, so single pane windows, and there was some street noise, but the street is relatively quiet so we didn’t have major problems. Would recommend this space!
