The location was used for a one dayvideo shoot that included seven actors and four on the production team. The space was immaculately clean, modern well maintained, appropriately appointed, and just write for our purposes. The neighborhood is lower middle class, but that was no problem for us. No worries, safety or concern. I would recommend this location if it suits your purposes.
