About the Space

Welcome to the Backhouse! A 2000 square-foot studio attached to our home. It can be used for events, photography, film, yoga, recording, and so much more. The building is Pueblo style with massive 10 foot wide barn doors in the back that you can fit a car through. There are several outdoor photo opportunities as well. There is an alley behind the house so you can pull vehicles in through the back and into the barn doors for photo shoots, or for easy loading and unloading purposes. HOUSE RULES: Event insurance is required. You can grab it here: https://www.theeventhelper.com#6l151y or just add it during checkout using Giggster's own insurance. Make sure your booking includes all your time: setup, event, and cleanup. That goes for you and any vendors or staff. Give yourself enough time to wrap everything up. All guests need to be fully out of the space by your end time - If you need more time, just let us know and we can add more through Giggster. 11pm is our closing time. If you'd rather not handle cleanup, please add our cleaning "add-on" through Giggster. If you’re planning to have tables, chairs, or anything else delivered, just let us know ahead of time. Pickup would be the following day, as long as we don’t have another booking scheduled.
