This is a gorgeous location! It is perfect for a small video or stills shoot, but I do not recommend anything larger than interview type shoots. It boasts gorgeous views from the window. It's important to note that the owner asks for discretion and to refrain from mentioning that you are filming there. Make sure to talk through details prior to booking.

Our first time booking this space and we didn't regret it. Even without a walk-thru in advance, we took the risk and Angela was a seasoned vet in helping to ensure everything went smooth. Perfect venue - would recommend to all.

Dean was an absolute joy and rockstar to work with! He held a strong line of communication and kept a cool, calm demeanor the entire production. The space was absolutely perfect for the video we were shooting and provided plenty of room for our cast and crew of 35. When our production was going into OT, he was extremely understanding and allowed us to keep pushing through without adding any further pressure. I would definitely recommend this space to other productions, not only because the house is incredible, but because Dean is an amazing location owner to work with!
