Fantastic space with a lot of natural light (granted, it was a very sunny day during our booking). Carly was very responsive when we were arriving behind schedule, and the place has a lot of street parking nearby. Would definitely book again! Our booking went past sunset, so the loft does get dim afterwards. Luckily Carly had sent us photos of the loft when it gets dark beforehand and we were able to bring our own lights for the photoshoot.

Dylan is a fantastic and flexible host. He was able to accommodate my last minute requests and changes without hesitation. The space is truly diverse and beautiful, it has an authenticity to it that is unmatched in most studios. The grungy and industrial aesthetic is hard to find in downtown Toronto these days, but the location of this building is quite convenient and the space has old Toronto industrial written all-over it. The entire floor is accessible and ready for use, and having access to the rooftop added a unique element to our shoot. Plenty of natural light and diverse areas to the space to work with. I highly recommend this studio space for any photographer looking for a space that can be maximized in multiple ways. I'll 100% be renting Dylan's space again in the future for shoots and or events. A fantastic first experience with This Open Space.
