This location was perfect for our engagement party! The space had many amenities that ensured a smooth and seamless experience for us and our guests. I would highly recommend this space! The only items to note is that it is not accessible as there are two flights or stairs to climb, which was not a problem for us, and it did get quite hot due to the number of bodies in the space.

The lounge was reserved. Both Mark and the team on-site were communicative and shared the exact details of how everything is going to happen. The venue was empty of residents, they put up the reserved sign. It's perfectly out of the way for the residents, so there's no random by-passers or anyone at all. It is spacious enough for 30 people, and has microwave + fridge + room for people to sit at. The pool is also available! The only thing is you'll have to find where to park downtown, as they don't really have that many visitor spots. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the venue and would definitely book it again in case I need plenty of space for a large party.

This was the perfect location for a photoshoot, and Harold was the perfect host. In particular, the space has great natural light, neat architectural features, and lots of interesting details that make for great photos. Everything you need "behind the camera" is also available - clothes rack, makeup station, backdrop, etc . Harold was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible and made sure that everything went smoothly for our shoot.
