Excellent experience shooting here. Deacon was super accommodating and friendly, replying quickly to my questions and he had the area of his studio where I wanted to shoot an interview ready to go for me. Since I was shooting an interview, I was worried about street noise beforehand but it wasn't an issue at all as the studio was super quiet and I didn't hear any street noise at all. I gave 4 stars for parking since you do have to park on the street and you might have to park a street or two away and for load-in there is a distance from the gate to the studio, it's a relatively short distance but you can't pull right up to the studio and load in. I didn't have too much gear so it wasn't a big deal in my case.

Loved working with Tom! Super helpful and sweet. The shop is full of character and some great cars. Tom even cleared out the parking lot so that we could use it for our shoot! Keep in mind that their office space is small for hair/makeup/wardrobe and talent - it's doable with a small team, but any team over 20 would be super squeezed.
