There are folding chairs available and props. Waiting area and bathroom in the building. We have plenty of parking spaces! This room includes a Yoga wall and does not include any technology. Overall a great studio! It's spacious and centrally located. Was an ideal space for our small shoot (a team of 5). If filming video, be aware the space has some echo. We also found it difficult to find parking nearby that was longer than 2 hours max.
