Scott, Anthony and Lupe were beyond amazing! We were allowed to use one parking spot on the building's private parking lot - that made loading and unloading process incredibly easy. For the rest of the crew parking was not a problem as well - all streets around have free parking and a lot of spots are always available. Studio is huge, very beautiful and clean, perfect for video production: - is is facing east, so no direct sunlight is entering it - concrete floors and walls are minimizing echo and reverb. Building itself is pretty quiet, there was some noise coming from the street at the day time - but it was nothing in comparison to all other downtown loft studios I've seen. - We were allowed to use their lighting equipment: apple boxes, sandbags, quality lights stands, C-stands and lights themself. For a video production is basically cut 70% of heavy equipment rentals. - it gets hot when AC is off, but but the moment we moment we turn it back on - it gets cool really fast It was a fantastic experience and we are definitely coming back soon :)
