I am SO glad she did because it was better than I could have hoped for. The home is stunning and the private beach is a slice of heaven. This beautiful and spacious home is great for any type of project. Spacious drive way fits so many cars and there’s a parking garage across the street which was really convenient. It’s close to Ventura Blvd and that’s also a big plus. Denis was so easy to work with, helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this spot. This place definitely has it all. And Chantal is a fabulous host and was so welcoming as I arrived. It was the perfect space for my brand photoshoot and every little detail made it so beautiful. The lighting is epic too. I loved the location, It was tricky to find but my Director manage to find it, once we arrived the location was clean the space is larger than it looks in the photos which it was perfect, and the owner of the location was super kind and friendly the response of the assistant manager was a little bit laggy to respond the phone for my taste but at the end of the day it was a smooth process from beginning to end. I definitely recommend you to book either your photoshoot or video shoot at this location, the studio offers plenty of interesting scenarios as well as great views of DTLA.

The photos of Ed's property can't capture it's scale and number of offerings. This location has three things working for it. 1. Most importantly, an amazing host. Ed was thoughtful and patient with our production as things changed, he rolled with the punches. 2. The structures themselves are actually in great shootable conditions. My concern with older structures is safety, but not a problem here. 3. Finally, Ed's property has TONS of props. Anything from vintage tractors, to rustic, aged furniture, it's all there. Looking forward to returning and shooting the other places he has that we didn't need for this production!
