OMG this was a really nice space to use. Rebekah is super consistent with communication and she responds quickly. I was allowed to use lights and props which made things much easier for me. I didn’t even need to bring as much equipment as I did. Will definitely use this space again.
Dana S.

Visually the home was absolutely perfect for our shoot. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating and was available if we needed help, but also gave us the space we needed to create. The living room area where we shot most of our footage was oversized and gave us plenty or room to have cameras, lighting equipment and monitors without creeping into the filming space. I will make note that if you are sensitive to cats and smells that come with them, this space may not be for you.
Parker S.

This space is very breath taking and unique for whatever production your trying to do. The owners were so easy to work with and very helpful. I'd reccommend anyone to rent this space for their shoot.

I wasn’t able to actually use the space due to issues on my end, however this review is based on my interactions with the host. It has been a very pleasant experience because I had some snags on my end and she was very flexible with me. So I plan on rebooking the space soon. I recommend this host.

Influencer Space Options in Houston

An influencer event is a powerful marketing tool and an ideal way to build connections. For this reason, your Houston influencer space should leave a good impression on your guests. Here are some factors to set up a venue for success.

  • Lighting
Curating content is one of the purposes of an influencer event. Since the attendees are likely to post their photos and videos on social media, maximize the natural bright light if you’re hosting a day event. Then in the evening, hire a lighting specialist in Houston to install dreamy lights to add elegance to the room.

  • Décor
Consider creating a stage or renting a photo booth where everyone can take fun pictures and share them with their followers and friends on social media. If you have a theme, stick to it using decorative elements and features that make an Instagrammable backdrop.

  • Giveaways
Everyone loves getting freebies, so include some giveaways or party favors in your budget. It doesn’t have to be fancy; just something that shows your appreciation to them. Get the vendors in Houston involved, as they can help you come up with unique items your guests would love to post on their social media accounts.

  • Catering
Let the attendees enjoy the beautiful location and the delicious food in your social gathering. For that to happen, hire a caterer in Houston to help you create a perfect menu that everyone will enjoy.

  • Transportation
If you’re trying to impress your attendees, why don’t you go all out and organize a transportation service in Houston? This way, you can ensure they’ll arrive on time and won’t have to worry about parking or driving.

Pros and Cons of Influencer Spaces in Houston

Like any major city, Houston has its fair share of challenges and opportunities. Before booking a Houston influencer space, always consider if the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Advantages

  • Cultural landmarks
There’s no doubt that Houston loves its history, arts, and culture. You’ll find plenty of evidence of it in its world-class museums, art spaces, and other cultural landmarks, some of which can be rented for your influencer event.

  • Affordable living options
Once you realize Houston is for you, finding a home shouldn’t be an issue. Whether you’re looking for a big family house, a small apartment, or a convenient space for your events, you’ll find plenty of options that will meet your budget and suit your lifestyle.

  • Tax structure and incentives
Suppose you want to build your influencer space in Houston. In that case, this city has a cost-efficient tax structure and a range of state and local incentives available. Its competitive business environment is part of the reason behind its growing job marketing and population.

Disadvantages

  • Pests and bugs
If you plan to stay in Houston for a while, make sure to bring an effective insect repellant. Dealing with mosquitoes can be annoying, and ants, cockroaches, rats, and mice are common.

  • Travel times
Driving and commuting can pose some issues in Houston due to traffic and poor public transportation. That’s why you need to plan the logistics carefully or choose a closer influencer event venue in Houston to avoid long commutes and travel time.

  • Expensive electricity
Although the general cost of living in Houston is affordable, you may find its electricity expensive. The prices usually go higher during summer as air conditioners are constantly running.

It features climbing structures, tunnels, hills, and a splash area that your little ones will love.

  • Old Space
