Wonderful space, but highly recommend a walk-thru - some of the hallways are tight which is standard in mid-century homes. House manager and owner are wonderful, easy to work with. Plenty of parking. If it made sense to do so, we'd absolutely shoot here again.

Kim was the absolute best! She was not only accommodating to our cast and crew, but went above and beyond as a host - letting us run power from her home, use her bathroom and making herself available to us both days we shot on her property (including our early call time at 5 AM). Her property is beautiful with multiple locations set right on the Kern river. She also let us scout in the weeks leading up to the shoot and would communicate with me about the weather. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a rustic/country movie shoot. She was also extremely kind and gave us recommendations on where to eat in the area! We'll be putting her in the credits :)
