The space was clean and exactly as photographed. AJ was highly responsive and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The biggest win for us was that the space is on the first floor, making it very easy to load and unload equipment into the space.

The price for this studio space is great, especially in comparison to other venues within the area. The plants and wide variety of furniture adds lots of depth to the loft. The host took a while to get back to me but eventually did regarding the specific information on how to access the loft, so make sure to contact her as soon as you place the booking as it was not provided in the welcome email. Another bonus is the extensive lighting system - don't count on the sun to come out given that this is Vancouver we're talking about. From headshots to filming/fashion + beauty shoots, I'd recommend this place.

This was beautiful! The house was amazing and matched the New Orleans aesthetic perfectly. The home is 10/10. A contemporary yet Victorian home is a very rare sighting. We loved every minute of it. The host was AMAZING. They were very kind and welcoming. They treated us just like we were at home. This is a perfect location for photoshoots. You will not be disappointed with this location.
