If we had to rate that place on a scale of 10 it will probably be 11/10 the owner was super-friendly and comprehensive, the house was sparkling clean, very stylish, perfect for photoshoot all year around, such a Beautiful home, Outstanding hospitality.

Shooting was great! Nice light all day. Plenty of windows and doors to let a good breeze in. Bar stools were a little scuffed and the edge of the bar appeared to be peeling (likely from normal wear and tear) when we first entered but we were able to shoot around those items. Great space, and when I decide to make this short film into a full TV show, I would definitely consider using this house on a regular basis.

This man is legit a wonderful person. Even though I was running a little late he still made it happen for me. Really down to earth and easy to connect with. Also has 3 other settings you can book in the same area. 10/10 no doubt one of my best bookings thus far.
