There is a paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Also, the LA county park in our neighborhood rents parking also (1/2 mile). Our house looks very much like the houses from Tucson, Arizona area. We have white cabinets in the Kitchen with granite counter top. The family room and kitchen are in one open area. Pantry is a large chef's pantry. We have a tandem garage. We have space in the front yard, back yard, and decent space on the side. The street that the house is on is big with large sidewalk.
