Space is ideal for martial arts, boot camp or fitness classes. There is shelving for equipment, but only for long term renters. We also offer the Main floor (2000 sq feet) which has wood floors, ideal for dance, martial arts, yoga, photography, etc. Cleaning fee of $25 applies depending on the rental or we can waive the fee if renter chooses to do their own cleaning according to our standards. For productions or art shows we have a special program for this venue on weekdays and select weekends (plz contact us for Saturday or Friday evening bookings). Our venue has two rooms (another professional photography studio with double infinity wall, with can be rented together for a discount), so if the calender shows busy, plz message us to confirm if it is indeed unavailable.
