Located inside a huge brick-wall fenced and privately gated front yard/compound with lots of parking in a Downtown LA Industrial area with maximum privacy, very safe for kids events or pets. No noise restrictions (there’s no residences in the area or neighborhood) The front yard is very spacious, perfect for food trucks, vendors, bounce houses, rides and so much more. Lots and lots of parking both inside and outside the gate. We also have a Full Shower, 5 bathrooms and additional 6 porta pottys and 3 bedrooms in the venue and over 10 spacious office spaces/green rooms, perfect for meeting rooms, or church services. As a full-service venue, we offer all kinds of Events and Party rentals in-house, from Round to Rectangle Tables, to chairs, VIP lounge chairs, different sizes of Stages, Lighting, Sound, Speakers, Projectors, Dividers, Piping and Drapes, Catering, Event planning and Decorations and so much more.
