The place wasn't well-maintained; we had to sweep the floor ourselves right at the start. Half of the wall outlets didn’t work, and there was an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the space is quite dark, which isn’t ideal for photo or video shoots. On the positive side, the area is spacious enough to create different setups, and the owners are very responsive. Thank you.

Disappointing Experience We rented this studio for a photoshoot and were quite disappointed with our experience. Communication with the host was bad. The instructions for getting access to the studio were wrong, though we eventually figured it out ourselves. Once inside, we found the studio itself dirty and dusty; we had to clean and dust everything ourselves. The windows and mirrors were filthy, and the blinds and curtains were broken and dirty. Additionally, the space smelled awful. Although the listing states that lighting and grip equipment are included, we found everything thrown into a closet, tangled, and not ready to use. Luckily, we brought our own equipment because we wouldn't have been able to use the provided items. We would not recommend this studio.

We were able to create good footage for our corporate video in different decor that look very different even if it's was in the same loft. It was great to have multiple options in one rental location.

The brown couch wasn't there unfortunately. Otherwise, it was a big space with various furniture and decoration pieces. It's great for a big or small group! We went there specifically for the red brick! Only problem we had was we couldn't get in for 45 minutes because we weren't given access instructions. You have to write to them the day-of to ask for it. They let us stay another 30 minutes though.
