About the Space
Raise your production value by shooting on our high end sets! We offer a hospital room, nurses station, jail, executive office, classroom, living room and interrogation room! You will have access to all standing sets with in your rental time. Between our standing film sets and keen knowledge of "cheating" camera angles, we can help you come up with a vast array of versatile locations allowing you to possibly film your project in one location. 4 hours minimum for the $90 per hour special rate YOUR END TIME IS TAILLIGHTS: Meaning all of your equipment must be out the studio AND everything must be put back as it was when you arrived. IF YOU ARE STILL IN THE STUDIO AFTER YOUR END TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED OVERTIME AT AN HOUR AND A HALF RATE. 2 hours is $125.00 per hour 3 hours is $100.00 per hour $100.00 fee for Power/cleaning/site manager PARKING: You will have 3 parking spaces marked "A" in front of studio. There is plenty of street parking on El Dorado St. adjacent to the parking lot. Any vehicles parked in other businesses spaces will be towed, we are not responsible for any vehicles towed. Although we have made efforts to reduce the outside noise level, our studio is not 100% soundproofed. Our clients have been very satisfied with the sound quality of the studio. Please do not forget to bring your hand soap, tissue and paper towels as we do not provide theses. We only provide trash bags.

The space was well air conditioned and easy to access. Load in/out was a breeze. The host was extremely accommodating and made everything very easy. The sets added a high level of production value to our film and there was a great variety of props available that really filled out the spaces. I would highly recommend renting this space for your next production.

Very quick communication and she accommodated us when our production had a last minute change of plans, which worked perfectly for what we needed. The location houses multiple small sets that offer a great variety of potential interior locations to work with. We absolutely LOVED shooting in this space. So many different environments to choose from and we really utilized them all. Tyna was very easy to work with and helpful once on set. Lots of great lighting built into the space, including chinaballs in the ceiling. It was all very malleable and allowed us to be maximally creative. Would definitely recommend!

Tyna was very helpful on the day of the shoot for helping us get in and get the shots we needed in our compressed shoot day. We shot in the hospital set and had the basic set dressing needed to work for our budget and our limited time. Note that the space is small, so best suited for smaller productions/crews. Also, there are only 3 parking spots in front of the unit (it’s a corner unit in a larger complex shared with other businesses), so plan to park your crew and cast in the adjacent streets (but make sure you check the signs for parking restrictions).

Great space where I didn’t have to travel a lot because all locations were in one place. They were all impressive sets and Tyna was a fantastic host that was there day of shoot in case I had any questions. Would recommend to any filmmaker
