WE DO NOT PRE-MOUNT SEAMLESS BACKDROPS FOR YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Backdrop Pull" add-on for $20 per color/pull. Purchase one (x1) “Backdrop Pull” add-on for every 5ft of backdrop that you will pull to the floor. Tape is setup on the floor every 5ft. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability. TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE. WHITE CYCLORAMA WALL Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING. Guests who need a fresh white coat of paint on the Cyc Wall floor must purchase the “Fresh Cyclorama Wall Paint” add-on. The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant. Freight Elevator Hours M-F: 8AM-6PM Sat: 8AM-1PM Sun: N/A This is the only elevator in the building Might not operate on some holidays Guest Concierge Support Hours: M-F: 9AM-6PM Sat-Sun: 9AM-4PM Please note that we require 72-hour notice in order to ensure availability of add-on purchases. This was an amazing space to use for our album cover shoot! Beautiful studio with large windows, well equipped with gear and helpful amenities. A couple tips for anyone using the space: 1. usable outlets are sparse, so bring power strips if you have a lot to plug in 2. there are limited hours for the freight elevator so keep that in mind if you have a lot of stuff to carry in (it’s on the 5th floor). All in all had a great experience and thanks for our host Danny for being so helpful and attentive!

Location has a great natural light source from the large windows. This was especially useful during and after sunset. The instructions provided were clear and detailed. Quick response from host every time. Good vibe!

The space is huge for the hourly rate compared to alot of other studios I've been to. They've also got a nice white backdrop setup and a red one so that you could easily use those and not even worry about pulling own the colored backdrops. The building can be a little confusing to navigate so I would recommend watching their videos beforehand and giving yourself extra time to find the spot.

A very great and convenient space. Clean bright and great amount of equipment to use including backdrops. Easily accessible. My only critique would be I wish they provided extension cords because shooting in front of the backdrops a lot of the lighting cords barely reached. Also some of the equipment listed was broken and one the lights shut off in the middle of the shoot and ceiling lights wouldn't stop changing colors so I had to just turn it off but it would have been nice to have that overhead light as I was on the dark side of the room... easy fixes though. I would absolutely rent this space again.
