About the Space
Step into a 90s retro office space just 9 miles east of Downtown LA. This set is one of our most versatile environments, with functional power, authentic retro finishes, and layouts that can shift from polished corporate to hidden backroom atmosphere. The location includes a reception area, hallway with multiple offices, a blue-walled bullpen, and vintage desks and computers. Beyond the main rooms, productions also have access to a waiting area, receptionist desk, printer and filing room, a doctor’s office, four private offices, and a larger 3-person office. The variety of spaces provides plenty of tucked-away corners and flexible backdrops for different looks. The space is air conditioned and overnight shoots are available at no additional cost. Shelving and smaller items are provided as-is and may change between bookings. If you do not see it on your scout, it is not included in your rental. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private air-conditioned holding spaces and production offices are available the same day at $250 and $500. Inquire for details. I would highly recommend this space for booking! Jacob was highly communicative and so easy to work with. He made the process super easy for us to load in/out, and was available the entire booking if we had any questions of concerns. The space was perfect for filming and there was ample room for holding and storing our equipment. We ended up wrapping a couple hours early, and he offered for us to come back another day for those 2 hours, at no additional fee. 11/10 recommend!!!!

Great location, the managers are very accommodating and the prop room they provided gave us great options for on-the-spot set dressing. The only thing you'll want to keep in mind is there may be some sound pollution if someone is recording music nearby, but the location was flexible and works great for an indie production.

Perfect 90s Office Set – A Must-Book! Can’t say enough good things about this location! If you’re looking for a true 90s office set, book this without hesitation. The space offers multiple offices, all filled with authentic period props. For our 1 day shoot, it was a relief to not have to set dress — they had everything we needed. Scott, our site rep for the day, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the shoot run smoothly. The offices are a great size for scenes with 1-5 actors, and the space includes two green rooms plus a fantastic brick-walled room that worked perfectly as our gear staging area. The location is also conveniently close to DTLA, making logistics easy. Highly recommend this set for any production needing an authentic 90s office vibe! I hope I get to book this set again in the future!

Location Rules
- Adult filming
- Smoking
- Any damage will result in a minimum $200 fine or at cost repair whichever is more
- Any trash or debris left on-set including empty water bottles, chip bags, tape will result in $150 cleaning fee
- If there is a shoot after yours we may cap your overtime to 1 additional hour
- If you refuse to leave after your overtime has been capped you will be charged a $500 penalty
- If you refuse to leave you will be responsible for paying the other shoots booking fees and/or any damages they claim
- Lost or damaged equipment will be charged for at a minimum of $300 or at cost, whichever is greater
