The host is very accommodating, highly communicative, and super friendly. The apartment is well decorated and a great place to film any production. On top of that, there isn't any intrusive sound in this neighborhood, so recording audio here is also fairly easy. I think the biggest plus in my book is that it's pretty easy to properly light scenes due to the angle of the windows and the blinds, that's a big time saver. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend this location for any production looking to record in a cozy and artsy apartment.

My team and I had a wonderful time shooting in this space. This artsy, creative space can be used in a variety of ways and we got several setups from this one location. It’s also located in a very vibrant and creative neighborhood which provides a traditional NYC aesthetic. The host were easy to work with and accommodated to anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to shoot in a apartment or studio setting.
