Views of the Pacific Ocean & Channel Islands through the open floor plans and gorgeous ocean front decks. Ideal for filming and photoshoot. It can accommodate a large daily crew. Private driveway and parking along the PCH for all sized production trucks. Permit Zone: Ventura County.
