Whether you’re filming interviews, creating content, or staging a styled shoot, the studio adapts easily. Conveniently located minutes from Jacksonville Beaches, Publix, hotels, and restaurants making it easy for your crew and talent to access everything they need. Located in a clean, family-friendly plaza with steady but not overwhelming foot traffic. Bring your vision to life in a space that celebrates creativity! Restrictions: -BYO beer/wine allowed with prior approval. -No sales, no liquor. -Liability waiver signed by renter -Set-up and clean-up must be completed within your booked time. Please plan accordingly. -If the space is not returned to its original condition, an additional cleaning fee of $75–$100 may be applied through Giggster -Trash bags and bins are provided, but all trash must be emptied into the outdoor dumpster before leaving.
