Surrounded by resources and big box stores to cover any needs you might have. 12 foot ceilings, 4 large round tables, 7 rectangular tables with 50 heavy duty folding chairs. Loveseat and chair with 50" frame TV. Sonos bluetooth speaker. Functional kitchen in back with refrigerator, large sink and microwave. Large 7'x4' island with lots of other counter space for presenting food. Coat rack. 9' wide by 11' tall felt cork board for pinning up decorations or notes. 65" Vizio television on mobile stand for presentations. Large industrial trash can. 65" x 25" adjustable height chopping block table for presentation or additional counter space. Clean bathroom. Private office space upon request.
