About the Space

Located in the heart of San Francisco, this modern lounge offers the perfect setting for meetings, productions, or presentations. The space features a comfortable, open layout and can accommodate up to 35 guests. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Conference table with seating for 10 -Lounge area with sofa and accent chairs for 8 -Kitchenette with sink, two-drawer refrigerators, microwave/convection oven, and ample counter space -Elongated kitchen island -Gas fireplace -WiFi -TV (guests must bring their own HDMI cable) Guests have access to the exterior patio and grill area; however, these spaces are shared with building residents and are not part of the private reservation. We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
