The space is conveniently located with ample street parking available and easily accessible by TTC. It is located in an old building with beautiful pillars. There is heating and window AC unit for warmer months, as well as ceiling fan. Included for your use are folding tables, chairs, bar stools, kitchen island, at no extra cost. Everything you need and more for your event, gathering, workshop or any special occasion. It is also family/kid friendly. I have many toys, puzzles, games, etc. available for babies, toddlers and children to play with. The furniture and island is moveable, so you can configure the space for your use and vision. There's also a blue tooth Samsung speaker to connect to your cell for music. This space is great for photoshoots, meetings, events, special occasion events, seminars, yoga, fitness classes, cooking classes and events, workshops, seminars, private parties, events, dinners, clothing trunk shows, pop-up shops, book clubs, etc. Entrance/Access to the space is on side of the property. There are six steps leading to the balcony and into the main entrance. The possibilities are endless! Please note that gst/hst are included in the booking fee.
