There is so much space to work with before even heading up to the spacious 2nd floor! Up the double-wide staircase to the second floor you will find a large living room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace sits across an inviting sectional couch and upright piano. Plenty of sunlight and a grand magnolia tree set the stage for golden hour shots. The two bedrooms upstairs are bright and spacious. Furniture and beds may be reconfigured in multiple ways. They can also be used for hair, makeup, and wardrobe. The final bathroom has a double sink and room length mirror. Perfect for glam! The house is located on the corner and there is ample street parking. More free parking is available at the shopping center 1 minute walking distance away. We had a fantastic experience shooting at this location. Madalyn was incredibly accommodating and communication was seamless. On the day of the shoot, she even posted signs for WiFi and the bathroom, which was really above and beyond. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this location!
