**PRICING Events: $150/hr Flat Rate Photoshoots & Productions: Base rate of $100/hr for Mon-Th before 7pm, and Friday before 3pm. Evening and weekend pricing is $150/hr. Base Cleaning Fee $85 Please note that larger bookings are subject to an increased cleaning fee.** Minimum Hours: 3hr min Monday-Thursday, 4hr minimum Friday-Sunday *All guests MUST use the buzzer system for entry. The downstairs door is not to be propped open for ANY reason. There is a hallway camera monitoring this door. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $500 fee.* This unique and transformative loft is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production. Where traditional meets modern; our loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern. Rental also includes: 2 loveseats 1 black leather couch 1 daybed 1 wood dining table with 8 chairs A SONOS sound system throughout Tables, chairs, and linens AND/OR hi-top tables can be rented for a additional fee.
