More than just a space- a gathering experience where art, materials, and history mix. Our venue is an unexpected event space and step outside the ordinary. It’s just off the bustle of Avenue at the tip of Wicker Park - part of “hipsterville” with a dash of flavor from the Puerto Rican sensibilities of Humbolt Park. It's a great space, and the host was fantastic, too. We held our engagement party there, and the space nicely accommodated 55-60 people. Would definitely rent out again for other events

Emmeli and Heather were great to work with to have my baby shower for 50 people go smoothly! Communication was smooth and very responsive. The space is incredible with plenty of seating in various areas that helps events have good flow. There is also a basement which is good for events that may have kids or to just hold bags and coats! The space was clean and very easy to access. Parking on street is ample nearby for all guest.

My fiance and I hosted a brunch to celebrate our engagement here and could not have been more happy with our experience! We chose the space because of its unique art and warm atmosphere. Our guests also loved their experience. Emmeli's team was awesome! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this space!

This space killed it!!! We absolutely loved it. It is conveniently laid out with fantastic elements that made it so easy to work in. We had a birthday party for my spouse with about 60 people. The furnishings made it easy to set up a bar, a dance floor and the caterer had plenty of space to work and set up the food. The furniture in this space is sturdy, substantial and attractive. There are lots of different places to sit if you want to have a conversation and still not be too far from the action. We also had a DJ in the back area that was perfect for dancing and dancing we did. We dimmed the lights in that area for a club effect. I am an experienced party host with very high expectations and this space met all of them. There's also a great lower level that we didn't use, however, it was also nicely laid out. Shout out to Emmeli, Ashley and Melody for their assistance!!

We wanted to throw a house party, just not at our house, and this space fit the bill exactly. Having a working kitchen and being fully furnished with various areas to sit or stand worked out incredibly well. The place ended up feeling much bigger than we realized, so our 50 or so guests had plenty of room to move around. The big table in the back was a great spot to put the food we brought in, and the kitchen area worked well for our serve-yourself bar. We stocked the fridge with beer and put the rest of the alcohol across from the kitchen on the craft counter. We also had live music with a four-piece acoustic-electric band (no drum kit) which fit in nicely in the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. Beautiful space!
