Wonderful, easy location, just 1 mile from the sand and 4 miles from freeway. Beautiful, elegant beach house, newly remodeled. Huge sky lights and wonderful light in living room and back yard. Back yard has large poluzzi/jacuzzi, fire pit and fountain.

This space was everything and more. The lighting throughout the house was fantastic with tons of natural light to work with. The house was staged beautifully. Whether it was the kitchen, bedroom or backyard, there was a space ready to go and worth shooting. Best of all Wendy was such a great and attentive host. She was communicative from the time I placed the booking all the way to the arrival of the crew to shoot. She welcomed our team and made us feel right at home and then trusted us to get the shots we needed for our wellness brand shoot. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a modern but homey setting to host your next shoot. Will use this location for sure in the future.
