Aether Room Booking Information Located in the heart of Wynwood, Aether Room is a private event space with a 100-person capacity, perfect for private parties, corporate events, production rentals, and photography shoots. Our 1,300-square-foot venue features: Nightclub-grade sound system & DJ booth Intelligent lighting & disco ball system Dance floor Two bars with setups and coolers Unique seating for 25 guests Vintage props 2 bathrooms Outside area (see below) General Policies (Apply to All Bookings) Please select the correct booking type (Event or Production) when reserving. If booked as production but used for an event, client must cover the cost difference upon arrival. Caterers and outside food & drinks are welcome. All vendors (including caterers, DJs, and outside service providers) must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and license. Wireless connection to sound system available. Setup and breakdown time are not included in rental hours. Events Pricing & Minimums 3-hour rental minimum for weekday and daytime bookings 4-hour rental minimum or $1,500 minimum for weekend evenings Staffing Requirements Cleaning fee and site rep/manager fee included in booking cost Security: $25/hr per guard 1 guard required for up to 50 guests 2 guards required for larger events or events using the back area Bartender: $50/hr required if drinks are being served Entertainment DJs and live entertainment welcome Insurance & Deposits: $1,000 refundable damage deposit Event insurance required ($180, link provided) Pricing & Minimums: 3-hour rental minimum Pricing is based on the total number of people on set — this includes cast, artists, crew, makeup artists, camera operators, extras, and anyone else you bring into the space Staffing Requirements: On-site rep is included for shoots up to 5 hours If your shoot runs longer than 5 hours, an additional $25/hr will be added for extended on-site rep coverage A manager is required for all production shoots Alcohol not typically allowed Optional add-on: $50/hr (all guests must present valid 21+ ID) Insurance & Deposits: Damage deposit: $300–$1,000 (based on shoot size) For larger shoots or shoots involving special equipment, props, or unique setups, production insurance will also be required Contract will be provided after booking We look forward to helping you plan an amazing event or shoot!
