House Rules We love hosting productions here, and these simple guidelines keep the space comfortable, safe, and neighbor-friendly for everyone: • 🚭 Smoke-free space – please step outside for any smoking needs. • 🎥 Your booking time = your full time on site (including setup and wrap) so you get a smooth, stress-free shoot. • 🧹 Leave it as you found it – light rearranging is fine, but return items to their place before wrap. • 🪑 Furniture & décor can be moved with care — just please lift, don’t drag. • 🔊 Keep sound neighbor-friendly — no outdoor amplified sound after 9 PM. • 🐾 Pets welcome with prior approval (a small fee may apply). • 🏡 Filming only – no overnight stays or personal events. • 🔥 No open flames or unsafe materials on site. • 💡 Respect the home as if it were your own — treat it like you’d want your set treated. Arrival Instructions Located between Gardner & Vista, north side. Look for the yellow door — your main entrance. Free street parking nearby (check posted signs). Use provided contact info to text/call on arrival. I’ll greet you, assist with load-in, and walk you through the space. If privacy is needed, I’ll step out and return at wrap for a quick walk-through to ensure all is well before departure.
