About the Space
The site is a historic 24 House Bungalow Court with a gas station. All developed in 1925. All houses are identical and in three rows. They are approximately 800 ft.² a piece two bedroom one bath. It is the last surviving African-American bungalow court in the state of Florida and one of only two bungalow courts in the city from this era. The make up of the property is one of a kind.
