About the Space

The entire 5000 sq. ft event space- including the historic exterior- is available for individual and small group portrait shoots, family sessions, video shoots, model testing, engagement, and small scale e-commerce shoots, at an hourly rate. Additional areas of the warehouse outside of the event spaces, and productions held on weekends, are considered on a case-by-case basis. Weekday rates vs weekend rates vary. Tax included, and additional cleaning fee may apply based on your event. Please message to inquire about pricing, availability, and to set up a tour of the space.
