About the Space
Hollywood first floor high ceiling bright dance studio space. We have sprung floor (fiber wood). The studio is located right on Hollywood Blvd few steps away from Hollywood/Western Metro Station. The space has reception area, hardwood sprung floors, mirrors, speakers, ballet bars, AC/Heat, private restroom. Also, free parking right beside the building in little plaza. Also gated parking available for a fee.

We held a small pop up market in this space and had a good time !! Would recommend booking this space for any need. There was a small parking lot in the front which was good for loading in equipment and semi okay street parking. I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 just because we were told until after we had access to a private parking lot in the back the whole time and we struggled with parking. Additionally we were hoping the dance equipment and area would be cleared and studio would be cleaned prior and it was not. I think overall this space served its purpose and has ample space but hosts could do a slightly better job.

This place is a little hidden gem. The location is super easy to access. The studio is peaceful and spacious and has everything you need like A/C and speakers. Irma is so welcoming and kind. I look forward to coming back to work on future projects in this location.

This space was perfect for my friend and I to rehearse and get some extra practice for our classes. Heels were allowed, which was great! Irma was very kind and attentive. I also personally loved all the cool posters of MJ, 2Pac, Aaliyah, and Janet – my favorite artists!
