We are in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Our home is one of the original Alexander Butterfly homes and has been completely renovated. Modern open kitchen with wall of windows overlooking the patio & pool. 3 bedrooms and 2 newly remodeled bathrooms with Hansgrohe fixtures and polished concrete floors. Contemporary art, comfortable yet tasteful furniture. Outdoor shower off the master bedroom. Gas fire pit with mountain views. Citrus grove.     One of the best experiences I've had through one of these sites. Lynn worked with our team & gave us the best possible filming experience. Even at 6am, she offered our crew tea and coffee - she was so beyond kind and went out of her way to make sure our crew had a great experience. She even left our group with multiple haircare samples that were so great! Seriously an unforgettable host, our cast/crew were so grateful to be able to shoot on this property. Also beyond stunning and an irreplaceable part of the film.
