About the Space
| Christmas Tree and wreath will be in studio Nov.1-Dec.15th, if you **do not** want the decor set up, it will be moved aside for you | South + West + North Facing for beautiful light all day. Located on the 10th floor, stunning city views from all windows with an Ocean view from the North facing window. industrial style feel with arched windows and exposed concrete floors and 700sqft of space. South facing - direct sun starting afternoons West facing - direct sunset light into the evening Studio is equipped with: -2x C stands -v flat x2 -roll papers (inquire about current colours) in 9ft and 4ft -fan -accent chair (cane + wood) -white bellini couch (3 piece) -white rectangle table - inquire about where we store. -reflector -round marble table with two chairs -floor length mirror x2 -stool -various boxes for sitting/styling -plants -rolling clothing rack -steamer -Endy Mattress (queen size), perfect for lifestyle or boudoir set ups (linen bedding available for a fee or bring your own for free). -prop cupboard (vases, mugs, books, candles etc.) -curtain wall (hides mattress when not booked, and provides varied backdrop options) If you'd like the bed to be set up please note that when booking. Load in/out is part of your booked time, please plan accordingly. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. There is a security camera monitoring the main entry door, if you need to change the second room has a door with no monitor or there is a bathroom down the hall. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind. We do not allow any stock photography allowed in our studios - reach out if you need further clarifications

This studio was absolutely beautiful and very bright! The space was very clean as well — we went barefoot on the floors for our maternity shoot and were pleasantly surprised how clean our feet remained. There are many props and furniture to use that can be easily rearranged, with multiple different backdrops and wall textures. Jenna was very quick to respond to all inquiries and questions. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great space, variety of settings and good natural light. If you have a lot of stuff to pack in and out that can be a bit challenging, but all part of it.

The space was great for our photoshoot with models - a lot of different areas to get shots in and it was bright and spacious. Jenna is also very helpful and responsive to questions and any issues that come up on the go. Will definitely use the space again!
