Step into cinematic charm at Malibou Lake in the Santa Monica Mountains. This lakeside retreat blends historic character with versatile shooting spaces—perfect for both film and still photography. Highlights: • Direct Water & Mountain Views from every angle—interior and exterior. • Expansive Dock with two boat slips and stunning lake, mountain, and dam backdrops. • Versatile Grounds – manicured synthetic grass, raw hillside, and large multi-level decks. • Separate Modern Tiny Guest House – ideal as a talent green room or secondary set. • 16’ Electric Party Boat available for on-water shots (additional cost). Convenience: Located within the Los Angeles Studio Zone, just minutes from Agoura (101) and Malibu (PCH). On-site parking for up to 4 vehicles, with nearby large-scale parking/staging available at daily rates. Production Notes: Malibou Lake Mountain Club requires a site rep for all productions ($500/day, paid directly to the club; 48-hour notice required). This is a lake-wide rule.
