Kindly review all rules thoroughly, including the associated penalties for any violations. Guest Count over 80 will have an hourly cost of $300 an hour. If pool is being used and sunscreen policy is violated, please note that 2-hour pool closure will follow any sunscreen contamination, to complete the required chemical treatment and restore hygiene. Additionally, $100 add-on fee per sunscreen violation will be applied to cover chemical costs, labor, and disruption. Please note: The property is equipped with security cameras. For instant bookings that extend past 11 PM, please reach out beforehand to confirm approval, as it will depend on the type of event.

The backyard is beautiful, spacious, and really fun! The pictures are exactly like the space. Amit was quick to respond and let me extend my time on the day. I just wish the listing wasn't advertised as a location with a pool when using the pool is an additional cost, as well as the jacuzzi. So be sure to THOUROUGHLY read the description and add ons at check out! Most things pictured are an add on cost that will make your purchase price higher than what you might have gone into expecting. Knowing that now I would still come back to this location, but just make sure I budget accordingly.

This backyard space was AMAZING! We booked for our backyard college party scene and the guests loved it, we loved it, Amit is fast, efficient and responds quickly! He even offered ice from inside of his own home in curtesy of the heat. haha!!! only thing is fridge wasn't cold and certain chair and table amenities were a bit too dirty... Other than that, love that guy, love this space, will def book again!!!

What an amazing location for an event, party, or all around get together! Found this location available to book for my birthday, and it was more amazing in person. If you're like me you'll try to look at the location on a Maps app prior, and find it is blurred. Don't take it as a bad sign. You'll arrive to tall, evenly groomed, hedges. Someone was there promptly at our arrival time, and let us in. Amit was an amazing host, not only in the pre- planning process, but throughout our stay. He checked on us at the beginning if we had any questions, and gave us our privacy from there on. Definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in an amazing pool party experience. Will definitely book again and recommend friends do the same!

This backyard is awesome! We had a small crew of 5 and filmed a quick segment here! Amit was super welcoming and honestly I thought the space looked even better than the photos!

Very Disappointed – Not Kid-Friendly or Considerate I’m extremely disappointed with how this experience turned out. This was supposed to be a special day—my son’s 7th birthday party—but instead, it was stressful and uncomfortable for everyone. From the beginning, the host seemed more concerned about their next event than ours. I completely understand having pool rules, but this was a kids’ party—of course the children were going to be excited and full of energy. What really upset me was when the host made one of my guest’s daughters cry because she jumped into the pool right after putting on sunscreen. That situation could have been handled with kindness and understanding, especially since she’s just a child. Instead, it came off as harsh and unnecessary. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving early and finishing the party at my brother’s house, where thankfully he offered us his pool and the kids could actually enjoy themselves. I truly believe we deserve some form of compensation for the way this day was handled. I would not recommend this rental for children’s parties or family events. There was a serious lack of warmth, flexibility, and basic hospitality

Amazing spot, I threw my Coachella themed 18th birthday there and had an amazing time. We purchased the pool, tv and mini golf very nice place. The host was great, answered all the questions we needed, left us alone for the party time and as attendees we clean up well after and had an amazing time. I am so happy how my 18th birthday party at this location turned out. I recommend this place very much because it has areas to relax, areas to party, and of course a pool with a slide! We got to set up an hour before, very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful!! Everything was beyond the photos. The hospitality was immaculate. Amit was on time responding everytime throughout the day. The venue felt as if I was on some kind of resort. All 43 of my guest was thrill, and cannot wait for me to book again of which I will … very soon. My daughter had the best time and for that I’m forever than
