About the Space
Step into a massive 2000 sq. ft. vintage recording studio just 9 miles east of Downtown LA. With whisper-quiet A/C, full soundproofing, and soaring 19’ ceilings, this versatile stage is ideal for music videos, interviews, and large-scale film productions. The recording equipment is preserved for visual purposes, showcasing authentic period consoles, light-up boards, and moving parts. Most panels still glow and animate, bringing kinetic energy and atmosphere to your production. Key Features – 2000 sq. ft. soundproof recording stage (43’ x 46’) – 19’ high ceilings for large set builds and rigging – Whisper-quiet A/C suitable for live sound – Authentic period recording equipment with glowing, animated panels (visual purposes only) – Control booth for cinematic looks (non-operational) – Two removable grand pianos – Moveable acoustic walls and mic stands – Two 4x8' platform risers – Lush blue couch – Access to over 30 Hollywood flats at some of the lowest rental rates in the area – Flexible stage designed for custom builds and set construction Scouting We offer complimentary 30-minute scouts prior to booking. Let us know when you would like to come by, and we will find a time that works. Furnishings & Props The studio includes courtesy props such as two grand pianos, mic stands, moveable acoustic walls, two 4x8' risers, a lush blue couch, and vintage recording gear. If you do not see it on your scout, it is not included in your booking. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. We also rent 8’ flats at some of the lowest rates in Los Angeles, making this an ideal stage for building your own custom sets. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private holding spaces and production offices are available the same day at $50, $100, and $250. Inquire for details. The site rep was super helpful with getting us gear and even an office to use for glam. The spot could use a deep clean but besides that was fun to shoot in. They had absolutely everything we needed and parking was abundant.

The space is great! We used the kitchen area for crafty & Lunch. The recording studio is nice. However, be sure to confirm with the owner about how many productions will be there on the same day.

Location Rules

- Any damage will result in a minimum $200 fee or at cost replacement, whichever is more
- Any trash or debris left on-set including empty water bottles, chip bags, tape will result in $150 cleaning fee
- If there is a shoot after yours we may cap your overtime to 1 additional hour
- If you refuse to leave after your overtime has been capped you will be charged a $500 penalty
