Welcome to the Mediterranean Villa in Beverly Hills where we have hosted the Kardashians, Netflix, ABC, CBS, French Montana, and Marie Claire Magazine to name a few. Overall we have done 100's of bookings at the home in the entertainment industry. Gorgeous private and gated Mediterranean Villa in Beverly Hills right off of Sunset Blvd and Rexford. This home was constructed in 2008 and features a grand open plan with sweeping staircase, living room, ball room, gym, home theatre, and parking on the street for 10 cars. Home also has crown molding, exotic wood floors, and European marble. Professionally landscaped grounds include swimmers pool, detailed water elements, cabana and exterior sitting veranda to enjoy the best of the South California lifestyle. House is perfect for photo stills, photo shoots, wedding shoots, fashion shoots, lifestyle shoots, feature films, pilots, and music videos. We have done many production shoots with companies such as CBS, Sony, NBCUniversal, and Netflix. COI or Event Insurance Required to Book

Filming here was pretty cool. Booties are required to enter the home, or no shoes at all - which I like. Umair was present the whole time and available if we had any questions. The bathroom was a little concerning. So just make sure to have a conversation about getting it cleaned before you arrive. Lastly, ALWAYS tour before booking a place. Make sure it’s what you need.

Used the outdoor backyard as a perfect basecamp for our shoot in the Beverly Hills flats. Plenty of space, the owner was above and beyond and communication was fast and clear! Definitely recommend.
