10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, nestled in Emigration Canyon on a wooded acre is a 4500 square foot classic modern glass house. Cozy, modern minimalist, high ceiling structure with no expense sparred building it. You feel like you are miles away in a secluded forest. 2 fireplaces inside and 2 fireplaces outside. 3 tier living leading down to a creek and a modern TIPI with a mountain beyond. A enormous deck overlooks the finely landscaped yard to the creek bordering the edge of wilderness. The electric gates open up to a circle driveway. The vintage convertible Mercedes Benz roadster is available to, perhaps, make a wedding exit. Contemporary art fills the house with an ample amount of luxurious soft leather furniture. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 TV’s, bar, downstairs movie room, gym, spa room with a far infrared sauna, massage table and facial setup are included. Designer everything give subtle elegance to the iconic pieces.
