About the Space
We're located within a longstanding but now-defunct pencil factory. It features an 80 person private room with it's own bar and two bathrooms. The art style is a blend of art deco and overgrown nature in a factory setting.

Absolutely incredible experience! I was directing my short film and needed a bar location. This venue was exactly what we envisioned. The staff was incredibly easy-going and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We even finished filming hours ahead of schedule. Special thanks to Brenton for being so welcoming and allowing us multiple tours before the filming day. Great location with delicious food and convenient transportation nearby—everything was perfect! Highly recommend for filming or any special event.

We rented the space for a birthday party. It’s a beautiful space. We hired our own caterer but used their bartender who was great. I would recommend getting things in writing regarding what is provided. We discussed candles, seating by the bar and that some of the rental fee would go toward the bar tab - which was a bit high. But we did have a great time.

Shooting at Madeline's was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I walked in, the staff (Brenton and Misha) were so kind and accommodating. They worked with me every step of the way to get my production needs met. On top of that, the food and wine we had were superb! Will definitely be returning outside of production needs!
