This is our versatile Social & Learning Center rental space, fully equipped to support a range of training sessions, seminars, and educational workshops. This comfortable, well-designed space includes various features and audio-visual equipment to enhance presentations and learning experiences at no additional cost. This classroom rental space is designed to create a productive learning environment, complete with modern amenities to accommodate diverse training or educational needs. Included in the Classroom Rental Space: * Soft Seating Area—A comfortable seating area for breaks or group discussions, allowing attendees to relax and engage in a casual setting. * Tabletop Outlets—Convenient tabletop outlets provide easy access to power, allowing attendees to charge devices and stay connected throughout the session. * Wireless Lavalier Microphone—A wireless lavalier microphone for hands-free audio, ensuring presenters can move freely while being clearly heard by all attendees. * Standing Podium—The standing podium offers a professional setup for speakers, ideal for presentations or lectures. * Built-In Sound System—The integrated sound system provides high-quality audio, ensuring clear sound for all presentations and videos. * In-room/private Refrigerator—To keep your food and beverages cold, a 5-foot-tall, 10.1-cubic-foot refrigerator/freezer is located at the back of the classroom for convenient access by all your guests and/or team members. Please note: The food and beverages shown in the photos are for display only. Feel free to bring your own food and refreshments. PARKING NOTE: Our parking lot has about 35 lined spaces and is located right next to our building. A handful of high-end security cameras monitor it. We’re proud to offer OUR OWN PRIVATE PARKING LOT exclusively for you. Many spaces on Giggster advertise parking, but it’s almost always public—meaning you might or might not find a spot. In Old Town Scottsdale, parking can be extremely tough to find (especially during peak hours), and the last thing you want is your team or guests scrambling to track down a space. With us, you’ll never have to worry—parking is always convenient and stress-free.

Very nice space! Corbin and Jeremy were extremely helpful and communicative. The space was very clean and the technology like the big screen, clicker and microphone worked so well. The tables with the outlets were also a really big hit with our team so everyone could plug in all day. Absolutely loved the special touch of having the welcome screen at the front with our company’s logo on it. It was perfect and we would definitely book here again! Thank you!
