About the Space
Breathtaking, open floor plan connects high end kitchen, modern living room and minimalist dining area to a tropical backdrop. Lush backyard accentuates this relaxing, resort-like setting, complete with palm trees, fire pits and waterfalls. Tall trees on all sides give privacy to enhance the serenity of the private oasis. Glass door panels slide wide open to encourage guests to flow effortlessly from the living room to the outdoor designer patio area and custom pool and hot tub. Outdoor patio has heaters and a/c as well as a gas fireplace and ceiling fans to maintain comfort no matter the weather. Custom stonework serves as a dramatic centerpiece to patio, accentuating the modern fireplace and 75" TV. This open space is ideal as a backdrop for photo shoots, filming/videos and daytime/early evening gatherings. Bridal showers, brunches and small adult gatherings or business meetings are allowed but no late night parties.

Mary is an amazing host!! She was very helpful and communicated with me promptly everytime I needed information on the space. This space is extremely beautiful and luxurious. The surround sound system next level and the indoor/outdoor patio and was the perfect setup for my event.

The house is incredible. Live the yard, sound system, fire/ heat lamps. Pool, trampoline, basketball hoop. Great place for a gathering with the kindest hosts. They even had candles burning and made a welcome sign for my office social. Highly recommend!
