About the Space
Welcome to our retro Liquor Store / Convenience Store Set! This location is only used for filmmakers, so you never have to worry about filming around customers or paying excessive fees to close the doors like you would elsewhere. Shelves are stocked with an assortment of drinks, snacks, and miscellaneous household supplies, and there's a refrigerator section towards the back. Also includes an ATM machine. Our location is right off the main street so you can utilize the sidewalk and outside of the store if you'd like! We have a separate room just behind the set that you can utilize as holding, makeup, wardrobe, or whatever you wish. Inside that space is another bathroom, sink, mini-fridge, wardrobe rack, vanity, mirror, couch and chairs. We have two guaranteed parking spaces in the back as well. Otherwise there is lots of street and residential parking.

Chad is a wonderful Location Manager. All info. provided were on point and extra detailed for a smooth load in and out process. This is a great location for a bodega/liquor store scene for your movie or project.

Chad and his wife were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and helpful via text for the duration of the shoot. The space was perfect and provided so many shot opportunities. We were able to squeeze so much content into the few hours that we were there. Many of our crew members thought that we were shooting in an actual liquor store! We would definitely recommend this space.
