Parking Information: • The driveway accommodates up to 9 cars • Additional parking for 5 cars is available in front (if parked properly) • Overflow parking is available just outside the cul-de-sac on a wide, open street (Please avoid parking directly in front of neighbors' homes) Note: -Someone will be on the property for the duration of your booking. -Security deposit may be required for larger bookings. -Event Tables, chairs, table clothes and center pieces in wedding set up photos are not included. These can be rented by outside companies.

James himself was the heart of it all — not only an incredible host but also a talented photographer who captured the most beautiful, candid moments throughout the night. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel completely at home. The team he put together was just as amazing. He helped us arrange a fantastic bartender who kept the drinks flowing and the mood lively, and his recommended assistant Emily was an absolute star. She worked tirelessly all night, anticipating needs before we even thought of them and making sure every detail was taken care of with warmth and grace. The house itself is a showstopper. Its retro styling and Hollywood glamour vibe created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It felt like we were hosting a classic Hollywood party with a guest list full of stars. The vibe was magical — stylish yet relaxed, with so many great spots for photos and mingling. Thanks to James and his incredible team, our wedding event was truly unforgettable. We felt like VIPs in a timeless setting, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The space and host (James) were everything we could have hoped for. We had our pre wedding meet and greet here and our guests are still talking about the decor, pool and how much space there was for everyone. If you need a spot for photos (our group took a ton especially in the pool room) or gathering this is the place to be.

I would have given 5 stars but I really had a hard time with more than just the owner coming through as I'm shooting boudoir. There isnt anything on the listing about that potential. Some clients would prefer zero other people walking around while half to fully naked. Just something to keep in mind. I absolutely LOVE the space and vibes! James was very kind and helpful when needed. I would absolutely love to come back.
